I've been on record more than once predicting that the cell phone is going to wind up
being the device on which most people read most of their books. Aesthetically, it's not my first choice, but there's no getting around the fact that nearly everybody has a cell, and has it with them most of the time. It's fast becoming our go-to diversion whenever we're faced with a long line, a bus ride, etc. Beside the fact that phone novels are huge in Japan and making ground in Britain, texting is raising up a whole crop of small screen readers. I'm thrilled that ARe is getting in on this in the early stages of the game. (And the fact that Virgin will be available to millions of iPhone users is kinda nice, too.)

Just
go into the Stanza app on your iPhone/iPod Touch.
Punch the "Online
Catalog" tab.
Press the "plus sign" at the bottom right hand corner of
the screen and type in the name "All Romance eBooks" and then add this
url beneath it: http://allromanceebooks.com/
Now press the "save button" on the top right hand corner of the screen.
You should then see an "All Romance eBooks" tab under "Online Catalog". Press the "All Romance eBooks" tab. You will now be able to download and read excerpts from the catalog. At the end of the excerpt is a link to purchase. Once you go through the purchase sequence, you should select the ePub version. Voila, instant book on your iPhone/iPod Touch!
By the way, did you know that you can get Friskbiskit on your cell phone too? Yep! There's a link on the button banner at the top of the page called Frisbiskit2Go. Click it and a service called Mippin will give you the url to enter in your phone's browser.
... Come to think of it, Friskbiskit could use some beta testers too. Anybody want to give this a try?
