I just found one of my very favorite shows from when I was a kid on You Tube:

YouTube - Addams Family Season 1.

I've understood for years that I adored the show because of its sweet-natured attitude of acceptance, but it wasn't until I rewatched a few that I realized how queer a show it was, and the ways in which they manipulated expectation in order to fly that message of "be who you are," right under the radar.
