Here's an article about a recent change to India's voter registration policy. One of the things that stood out for me in the story was the repeated mention of eunuchs. I know nothing about the prevelance of castration in India today, but I can't help wondering if the tradition of the practice has something to do with this new policy being adopted relatively quickly, compared to most other countries. Not that I'm saying, "Yay castration!" I'm not. I'm just curious about the connection, if there is one.

Thanks a lot for your good enough outcome related to this post. I could not find such kind of dissertation international online and even wanted to order the dissertation writing. Hence, I really have all the information at this moment.
